The world is changing so fast, just like the transportation,
gadgets and fashion from the old days. They are transforming vigorously,
however one thing have gotten my attention. This is our Educational System as
shown in the video.
We have different goals, dreams and passion so, why teach
those young students the same thing?
In reality, we can’t apply everything we learned from school
for 14 years in our future careers.
Maybe 10% will do.
We are teaching those students from an early age for what?
For competition? Students are rated through those exams and the one who got the
highest is proclaimed as the intelligent one or the top one . Wow, in
tagalog “nasaan ang hustisya”. Students are intelligent in different ways and on
their own field.
Don’t you know that, those who are rated below average or
those who have low grades are also known in the industry? They are even more
successful than those who have higher educational attainment and called the Magna cum Laude. They are even the employer of those we called honor students. They
have their own big company and almost all came from scrap.
Others may say, Oh they are just rich that’s why they are
successful. Okay let’s give an example :
1.
- Jack Ma – founder of Alibaba.com (famous international online shop)
He failed primary school test two times and
failed in middle school test 3 times and failed for 3 years to enter in a University. He also got rejected in Harvard 10 times.
- . Bill Gates – owner of Microsoft and the richest guy in the world
He dropped out of college in 1975 to pursue his business.
3. Richard Brownson – founder of VIRGIN ATLANTIC
AIRWAYS
See? They are not rated in school as the intelligent one but
how could they do that?
They’ve done that because they are smart too not in
school system but in real life.
Real talk! Being successful in the future lies
on the hand of those individuals according to their own dreams.
They taught those students mostly theoretical, however the
actual scenario is not given! It’s easy to be said than having the actual scenario
after graduation. That’s why many students nowadays, thought that their job is
as easy as the classroom scenario but the truth is? There is a big difference.
