HOW TO GET A CEDULA OR COMMUNITY TAX CERTIFICATE in BAGUIO CITY ?

1. Proceed to Baguio City Hall.

2. Go to ONE STOP SHOP and ask for Cedula or Community Tax Certificate.

3. Present a valid ID.

4. Fill out the application form.

5. Wait for your cedula to be released and pay for the amount due.
