1. Go to your designated Barangay hall.
2. Tell the reason why you need a Barangay Clearance.
3. Present a valid I.D. (Postal ID, Voter's ID or etc..)
4. Present your Cedula.

5. Pay the application and processing fee.
(I paid 100 pesos all in all for the reason of getting a business permit)
6. Wait for the Barangay Clearance to be released.
