HOW TO REMOVE WATERMARK IN KINEMASTER?

Are you tired of finding video editor apps that don't have watermarks? You find that app so useful but the only problem is how to get rid of the watermark?

Kinemaster is one of the best video editors so far. 

The app is simple and easy to use and most of all it is free. 

Yes, the app is free but you can't remove the watermark unless you buy their monthly subscription.

For beginners, the monthly subscription is expensive for them and as possible they want a cheaper or a free App or software, to begin with. 

I've been using Kinemaster for almost 8 months for my youtube videos and I can tell that Kinemaster is one of the best. I tried to find ways on how to get rid of its watermark for free until I searched this method. I used Muserk from Kinemasters Music Assets. Just use their songs and download them for free then the watermark will be removed. However, the disadvantages are you can't monetize their songs and it is only for personal use.

A GOAT THAT ACTS LIKE A DOG?

I love seeing animals who have skills especially parrots that can talk, dogs and cats that can do a lot of tasks. But have you seen a goat that does something extraordinary? Or anyone who wants to teach goats to act just like a trained dog?

I'm just wondering on the goat's owner in the video below, how he managed to train that goat? For other people, they could just prefer cute dogs. But,  I was amazed that he was indeed successful in teaching this one in a kind goat. He taught the goat well and it really catches the eyes of the netizens.

I hope I can see more goat like this in the future. This is my first time seeing a goat that knows how to ask food, ride a motorcycle and obey his owner.

HAVING BRACES FOR THE FIRST TIME ?

Having crooked teeth and having an impacted tooth in my upper third molar I decided to consult my dentist. It causes a lot of irritation in my upper cheek and my 2nd molar is painful and I can't tolerate it anymore. My dentist required me first to have my dental X-ray to check the position of the teeth.

Upon checking my dental X-ray, she found out that my third molar is pushing my 2nd molar which causes the pain so she decided to observe first my impacted tooth before operating it.
For that case, I decided to have braces also to straighten my teeth while she does the observation and in order to loosen up my impacted tooth between my 2nd molar.



I was determined to have the braces and reap the good result in the future but I didn't expect that having braces hurts that much for the first time. For me, it is intolerable for the first three days and I have no choice but to take Paracetamol just to ease the pain.

This is the possible experiences you may encounter if you have braces.
You can't normally eat for a week and eating soft foods are highly recommended. You can't talk that much, and the pain from the first to the third day is continuous and the only thing you want is to remove those braces and end the pain. You will feel uncomfortable with your mouth and you will experience sores in your cheeks walls.

HOW TO BE A RETAILER OR SELLER OF NESTLE ICE CREAM IN BAGUIO CITY ?

Many stores are selling different brands of ice creams. The most common brand is Selecta and Nestle products. Some stores are still looking for agents of any brand in order to cater them. I will share with you guys my experience for being a retailer of  Nestle Ice Cream products.

First, contact any legit agent of the company.

After contacting them they will visit your store and get the requirements.

REQUIREMENTS; 

1.One Valid I.D. - photocopy (1Pc)

2. Proof of Billing - photocopy (1pc)

3.Business Permit (Updated)- photocopy (1pc)

4. Fill up the application form 

The agent will submit your application to their head office then you need to wait for one week for them to process your application. They need to evaluate it also.

TERMS & CONDITIONS of AGREEMENT : 

1. They will provide a brand new freezer (as per agent ).  The freezer is free and they will be responsible for any repairs however if your freezer is lost you need to pay for it.

I also requested a brand new one just to stay out of any defective problem as possible but, I was disappointed with their partner company who delivers the freezer. They gave me a second-hand freezer with a worn out rubber stopper in the glass door and the humming noise of the freezer is so loud and continuous,24/7. The tip of its plug is also loose so,  I put an electric tape for safety. The glass door also is full of scratches. 

Be careful, you need to really check or do not accept if the freezer delivered to you is old. It's a big loss for you if your next electric bill goes high and your income from the ice cream cannot cover it all.  

2. The minimum order is worth 1000 pesos per transaction or per order.  There is no Quota required and you can order anytime you want. 

The more order you have the more discount you will receive. 

3. You can place any products in the freezer as long as it's not the competitor's product. 

You can put ice and anything that cannot sacrifice food safety and cross-contamination with your ice cream products. 

4. Pay your own electric bill. 

5. For any problem encountered you call your agent or their customer hotline  service.

TALENTED FILIPINO ARMY

Another video of talented soldiers was trending in social media. From training to the actual mission and responsibility to protect our country, their job is so tough and dangerous. They also sacrifice their time for being away from their loved ones. Despite this situation, they still find time to clear out their boredom and entertain themselves. Thank you for this talented warriors,  for showing their talents to their comrades and temporarily ease their sadness and fears.

BURNT HOUSE IN LOWER QUIRINO HILL, BAGUIO CITY

It is really alarming to have another fire break out a day after the Pines Arcade was swallowed by fire. 

On November 7, 2018; a fire razes a house in Lower Quirino Hill, Baguio City at around 7pm-8pm. 

There was one guy who was injured in this fire incident. He was caught on cam breaking the window in the second floor to escape from the vast fire, He was lucky enough to jump off before he was roasted alive.

Some residents and foreigners from Sudan help each other to put out the fire by using pails and pass it to one another while waiting for the rescuers. 

RPEES Water  Work was also one of the water delivery truck who offered assistance to BFP. 

BFP Baguio announced fire out after 30 minutes clearing it out.

"BAGUIO IS CLOSING" -FAKE NEWS

Many misleading articles are lurking around the social media that Baguio City will close like Boracay in order to rehabilitate it.

It's really a hot topic right now and many netizens agree if that could really happen. They want Baguio to be the City of Pines that it deserves to be and to preserve its nature's beauty. 

  

However, this is a fake news it is not true that Baguio City is going to be closed. 

As Mayor Mauricio Domogan said in his interview, Baguio will not be closed and there is no directive order to do that.
