HOW TO REMOVE WATERMARK IN KINEMASTER?

Are you tired of finding video editor apps that don't have watermarks? You find that app so useful but the only problem is how to get rid of the watermark?

Kinemaster is one of the best video editors so far. 

The app is simple and easy to use and most of all it is free. 

Yes, the app is free but you can't remove the watermark unless you buy their monthly subscription.

For beginners, the monthly subscription is expensive for them and as possible they want a cheaper or a free App or software, to begin with. 

I've been using Kinemaster for almost 8 months for my youtube videos and I can tell that Kinemaster is one of the best. I tried to find ways on how to get rid of its watermark for free until I searched this method. I used Muserk from Kinemasters Music Assets. Just use their songs and download them for free then the watermark will be removed. However, the disadvantages are you can't monetize their songs and it is only for personal use.

A GOAT THAT ACTS LIKE A DOG?

I love seeing animals who have skills especially parrots that can talk, dogs and cats that can do a lot of tasks. But have you seen a goat that does something extraordinary? Or anyone who wants to teach goats to act just like a trained dog?

Ccto:

I'm just wondering on the goat's owner in the video below, how he managed to train that goat? For other people, they could just prefer cute dogs. But,  I was amazed that he was indeed successful in teaching this one in a kind goat. He taught the goat well and it really catches the eyes of the netizens.

I hope I can see more goat like this in the future. This is my first time seeing a goat that knows how to ask food, ride a motorcycle and obey his owner.

HAVING BRACES FOR THE FIRST TIME ?

Having crooked teeth and having an impacted tooth in my upper third molar I decided to consult my dentist. It causes a lot of irritation in my upper cheek and my 2nd molar is painful and I can't tolerate it anymore. My dentist required me first to have my dental X-ray to check the position of the teeth.

Upon checking my dental X-ray, she found out that my third molar is pushing my 2nd molar which causes the pain so she decided to observe first my impacted tooth before operating it.
For that case, I decided to have braces also to straighten my teeth while she does the observation and in order to loosen up my impacted tooth between my 2nd molar.



I was determined to have the braces and reap the good result in the future but I didn't expect that having braces hurts that much for the first time. For me, it is intolerable for the first three days and I have no choice but to take Paracetamol just to ease the pain.

This is the possible experiences you may encounter if you have braces.
You can't normally eat for a week and eating soft foods are highly recommended. You can't talk that much, and the pain from the first to the third day is continuous and the only thing you want is to remove those braces and end the pain. You will feel uncomfortable with your mouth and you will experience sores in your cheeks walls.

HOW TO BE A RETAILER OR SELLER OF NESTLE ICE CREAM IN BAGUIO CITY ?

Many stores are selling different brands of ice creams. The most common brand is Selecta and Nestle products. Some stores are still looking for agents of any brand in order to cater them. I will share with you guys my experience for being a retailer of  Nestle Ice Cream products.

First, contact any legit agent of the company.

After contacting them they will visit your store and get the requirements.

REQUIREMENTS; 

1.One Valid I.D. - photocopy (1Pc)

2. Proof of Billing - photocopy (1pc)

3.Business Permit (Updated)- photocopy (1pc)

4. Fill up the application form 

The agent will submit your application to their head office then you need to wait for one week for them to process your application. They need to evaluate it also.

TERMS & CONDITIONS of AGREEMENT : 

1. They will provide a brand new freezer (as per agent ).  The freezer is free and they will be responsible for any repairs however if your freezer is lost you need to pay for it.

I also requested a brand new one just to stay out of any defective problem as possible but, I was disappointed with their partner company who delivers the freezer. They gave me a second-hand freezer with a worn out rubber stopper in the glass door and the humming noise of the freezer is so loud and continuous,24/7. The tip of its plug is also loose so,  I put an electric tape for safety. The glass door also is full of scratches. 

Be careful, you need to really check or do not accept if the freezer delivered to you is old. It's a big loss for you if your next electric bill goes high and your income from the ice cream cannot cover it all.  

2. The minimum order is worth 1000 pesos per transaction or per order.  There is no Quota required and you can order anytime you want. 

The more order you have the more discount you will receive. 

3. You can place any products in the freezer as long as it's not the competitor's product. 

You can put ice and anything that cannot sacrifice food safety and cross-contamination with your ice cream products. 

4. Pay your own electric bill. 

5. For any problem encountered you call your agent or their customer hotline  service.

TALENTED FILIPINO ARMY

Another video of talented soldiers was trending in social media. From training to the actual mission and responsibility to protect our country, their job is so tough and dangerous. They also sacrifice their time for being away from their loved ones. Despite this situation, they still find time to clear out their boredom and entertain themselves. Thank you for this talented warriors,  for showing their talents to their comrades and temporarily ease their sadness and fears.

BURNT HOUSE IN LOWER QUIRINO HILL, BAGUIO CITY

It is really alarming to have another fire break out a day after the Pines Arcade was swallowed by fire. 

On November 7, 2018; a fire razes a house in Lower Quirino Hill, Baguio City at around 7pm-8pm. 

There was one guy who was injured in this fire incident. He was caught on cam breaking the window in the second floor to escape from the vast fire, He was lucky enough to jump off before he was roasted alive.

Some residents and foreigners from Sudan help each other to put out the fire by using pails and pass it to one another while waiting for the rescuers. 

RPEES Water  Work was also one of the water delivery truck who offered assistance to BFP. 

BFP Baguio announced fire out after 30 minutes clearing it out.

"BAGUIO IS CLOSING" -FAKE NEWS

Many misleading articles are lurking around the social media that Baguio City will close like Boracay in order to rehabilitate it.

It's really a hot topic right now and many netizens agree if that could really happen. They want Baguio to be the City of Pines that it deserves to be and to preserve its nature's beauty. 

  

However, this is a fake news it is not true that Baguio City is going to be closed. 

As Mayor Mauricio Domogan said in his interview, Baguio will not be closed and there is no directive order to do that.

WHAT'S LEFT BEHIND IN PINES ARCADE?

This is what Pines Arcade looks like after it was burnt yesterday (November 5, 2018; at around 7pm).

The fire started on the second floor of the building and it didn't spare the first floor. As what you can see in the pictures below, the stalls and products are totally ruined.

PINES ARCADE before 

PINES ARCADE IN BAGUIO CITY WAS ON FIRE

PINES ARCADE ( former Pines Theater ) in Lower Session Road,  Baguio City was on fire on  November 5, 2018; at around 6:45pm onwards. The fire started on the second floor of the building. Session Road was temporarily closed. The firefighters were able to control the fire for about 2 hours.

According to news, no one was hurt and further investigation is ongoing.

ACTUAL FOOTAGE OF A LANDSLIDE in BUGUIAS

While travelling on November 4, 2018, at around 11:30 AM  along the road of Manasok, Buguias, Benguet,  a group of travellers witnessed a breathtaking landslide. It is indeed broad daylight but unexpectedly this happens, the soil loosens up and big falling rocks started to block their way. 

Thanks to God no one was hurt even though it takes time for the Bus to go backward.

THE FARM AGOO : REVIEW 2018

THE  FARM AGOO is located at McArthur Highway, San Pedro, Agoo, La Union.

We traveled 2 hours from Baguio without traffic. 

The entrance from the highway going to the Farm Agoo is too narrow. We didn't even notice it at a first glance. They don't also have a proper parking lot, so it's a road parking.

The weather is good when we went there, but it's too hot, maybe I'm not used to it. They have big electric fans but still, it doesn't comfort you in a long run.

For the overall appearance of the place, it is very attractive and historical. They have some antique decorations and I love the old house designs. 

We went there for my friend's Pre-nuptial  Photoshoot and I think it's worth it. They paid  2000 pesos for the whole day photoshoot. 

The place is good for wedding events, birthday celebrations, and photo shoots. For the foods, we didn't try it out.

* I was scrolling my FB  account when this wonderful message caught my attention and want to share it in my blog site. My bet before was not President Rodrigo Duterte but it was Miriam Santiago. As I witnessed how the President wants to change the Philippines for good, I change also my perception of him.

I'm sorry to post this anonymously, I am just protecting my family.

I texted mom expressing to her that I will vote for Duterte. And we respect each other.

He was not my first choice. I was against his words and humor and silly behavior.

Miriam was my president because I had been waiting for her to run for a presidential position since then; but, she got my sympathy, she needs rest. She didn't come to the Visayas Presidential debate, my supposed president, I pray for your health.

But whenever I think who's best for the country, there was none. I said, "only God knows." But God sees the heart, He does not rely on the appearance and even in the mere words of a man. Any man can hate and appears like worshipping. But God sees the heart. I am not God, but I can sense Duterte's sincerity to serve. I can feel his selflessness in public service and his strong leadership against what makes the Philippines even poorer. I can see his heart rather than his mouth. I am not God. I know he's not the best. God's eyes are far better than mine. But for now, a leader like him is all we need. Someone so ordinary, but behind that is a place he raised up to be known without his name in anything. But tagged to be his because of his one of a kind leadership.

I hated him before because he cursed God during Yolanda. But I realized, most of us (if not all) came to a point like that --- cursing God. And He was honest. Just like Saul, the persecutor of believers, whom God encountered and changed to be Paul, who then wrote most of the books in the New Testament. Duterte has a chance, I say. Unlike the very thin chance of those who are dressed in fine linen, appears very decent, full of promising words but has not proven anything yet. When Jesus led his disciples, he made miracles. A leader needs to prove to us what he can do. I am not judging, I am expressing my side and you can do the same as well to the one you are supporting. (If you have something good to say about your candidate, I dare you. You may not quote anything from the Bible. This is just my way of not forgetting God in things I give comments with.)

I was observing Duterte since he decided to run, (I am doing the same with the rest, but they just can't convince me) he looks tired each day but still manages to speak, of course in words and styles that he used to. I was afraid in a thought that what if he would be a president and cannot speak so well or will just talk in sarcasm, I laughed. At least my president who will be very strict can then make me laugh 😂😭✌🏻️kidding. I actually was thinking of that for long but I realized, how come the people of Davao love him so well and are proud of him and are supporting him? His ex-wife who supposed to be bitter is also supporting him with his kids? Is his only problem is just the way he speaks? I think that's not a problem. The problem is, we are looking for perfection so much, in which we cannot see in anyone. We can only see perfection in God. The way God sees things, amazing!

His heart is for the Filipinos to enjoy the wealth this land has, for the youth to grow to be the genuine hope, not addicted. If the only way to do that is to impose discipline as it should be, then so be it. God punished the wicked in the times of Noah, in Sodom and Gomorrah, in Egypt, etc.. Well, Duterte is not God I know, but I know, this leader, too, has a heart. And his heart beats for the majority.

We've been praying in Church for a good leader to rise up and I realized God didn't rise up a qualified, flawless, decent, holy man, who will only steal His glory. God qualifies the man who will show up and people will see how God changes Him because He is the God of the impossible. God cannot work on a man who hides in clean clothes and clean words and appears so clean. God said I have not come for the righteous but sinners to repentance.

I am excited for Duterte. I am a Filipino. My President is #Duterte!

1. You should register

Ask for the Philhealth Member Registration Form.
Fill in the form with complete and correct information. 

You can also download the form in www.philhealth.gov.ph then submit the completed form in any PhilHealth office. 

Dependents should be:

• Legal wife/husband that is not a PhilHealth member
• Children age from 21 and below, no work and not married
• Children that have permanent disabilities
• Foster child as per Foster Child Care Act of 2012 
• Parents from age 60 and above and not a Philhealth Member 
• Parent's with permanent disabilities 
• 
  

* You don't need to submit a supporting document for your declared PhilHealth dependents as long as PhilHealth doesn't require it for verification purposes.

You will receive Health Insurance ID Card and Member Data Record (MDR) after the documents are processed.

2. Payment of Contribution 

All members should pay their premium contribution at all times to use the Philhealth benefits.

3. Update your Records 

Submit to any Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO) your Philhealth Member Registration Form (PMRF) that has a correction, change in information like additional dependents. Don't also forget to check the box " FOR UPDATING" located at the top of the form. Just be ready with your supporting documents and present when they ask for it.

4. Claiming your Benefits 

 Before going out of the hospital, submit the following in the Billing Section :

• Completed PhilHealth Claim Form 1, you can get the form from the hospital, Philhealth Center, or download it online.
• Health Insurance ID Card and Updated Member Data Record (photocopy)
• Certification of updated contribution (photocopy)

* Medical expenses outside the hospital while confined can be reimbursed in the hospital if the benefits are not yet all consumed by the particular sickness. Make sure your Philhealth Benefits was credited in the hospital bills and doctor's fee before signing the Claim  Form 2. 

BENEFITS:

Any members and qualified dependents can claim the benefits for every expense that they encountered during their sickness or operation. Philhealth will be responsible for the case rate.

This is a benefit for those who have a severe sickness that needs long-term treatment. There is a pre-condition and criteria selection needed in order to use it in selected government hospitals.  

*Reminder:

CONDITIONS ON HOW TO AVAIL THE BENEFITS :

• should have contribution 
• The hospital should be Philhealth accredited including the doctor.
